Ann Demeulemeester offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. We ensure a seamless experience to maintain the integrity of your artisanal garments and accessories.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Access your order history through your personal account or the guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid depreciation of the item's value.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original package over the prior delivery information to ensure secure transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our atelier will inspect the returned pieces for quality compliance; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
